Opus is born!

Originally named Opus ABC by a former teacher and recruitment specialist in partnership - we started very small!

Our First Additions

Growing steadily, still at the Old Bakery studios in Truro, headcount up to three!

Moving Home

2016 sees Opus move to our new offices in Meridian House Truro, more space to continue our growth and journey.

The big Five Zero

Working with 50 schools throughout the South West Opus becomes a trusted key supplier of quality short and long term staffing.

Opus Permanent Launches

Opus diversifies into providing permanent recruitment solutions throughout the South West of England becoming preferred supplier for many MATs and Schools.

Opus Training Launched and another education professional aboard

Opus diversifies again into providing more training and CPD for education staff and welcome Sam Harrison to the team a former Assistant Headteacher from a local Cornish Secondary school.

Another office outgrown

Opus move to larger offices of our own in Newham, Truro with our sister company Xede Recruitment providing FE recruitment solutions nationwide.

Opus become CAPH Parnters and move once again

Opus become exclusive partners of CAPH, being the go to supplier for all temporary and permanent recruitment needs. Opus also move to bigger offices again, taking residence in Stephenson House in the heart of Truro. The team has now grown to 7 consultants and 4 back office support staff working with over 200 schools.

Opus Launches Devon Branch

Alex and Dean join the team and launch the new Opus Devon Branch. We have already signed agreements with several academies across the area and continue to grow.
