Hours of work: Variable hours initially for 22.5 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year (includes CPD days) plus holidays (45.248 paid weeks per year)

Salary / Range: £10,948  per annum (£10.75 per hour)

We are working in partnership with a highly successful Academy Trust School that lies in the heart of Cornwall, providing high quality education and support for pupils aged 11-16 with complex learning difficulties and disabilities. The school is a member of an ambitious and inspiring collaboration of specialist provision in Cornwall, with a focus on excellence in learning for everyone.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, personable and organised individual to join the Administrative Team at a school in Truro which supports two Areas Resource Bases within Cornwall. Duties will include general clerical administration, use of MS Office, supporting Reception, updating the School Information Management System (SIMs), and supporting areas such as HR and Safeguarding administration, EHCPs and exam processes as well as additional administrative tasks commensurate with the post. You will be a good communicator, smart in appearance, professional and discrete regarding confidential matters. Experience of SIMs would be an advantage but training will be given if necessary.
