This document sets out key information about your relationship with us and the company we outsource your PAYE payments to - the Employment Intermediary - in your engagement.  This includes details about pay, holiday entitlement and other benefits.

Employment Intermediary pay information

You are being employed by an Employment Intermediary: a third-party organisation that will calculate your tax and other deductions and then pay you for the work undertaken for the hirer. We will still be finding you assignments.

 

The money earned on your assignments will be transferred to the Employment Intermediary as part of their income. They will then pay you your wage. All the deductions made which affect your wage are listed below. If you have any queries about these please contact us.

 

Your payslip will show you as an employee of the Employer designated to you on confirmation of an assignment.

(12.07% of this hourly rate provides for holiday pay accrued at the statutory equivalent rate of 28 days pa).

 

We will also pay employment costs including Employers NI and Employer Pension contributions (where applicable)

5.6 weeks pro rata (or as otherwise agreed)

12.07% of the pay rate above is holiday pay but will be paid to you weekly as it is accrued. 

Alternatively, this can be retained by the intermediary to be paid at times you take leave or at any time as explicitly requested by you.

Worker fees

The gross or minimum amount that we will transfer to the umbrella company or other intermediary:

37.5 Hours @ £9.50 = £356.25

37.5 Hours Holiday pay @ £1.15 = £43.00

Employers NI - £33.75

Payroll fee £1
