SEN Teaching Assistants
We are working with Primary and Secondary SEN schools for children with a range of needs. These needs can include but are not limited to, Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Social, Emotional Mental Health needs.
The school are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support those who present with challenging behaviours as a result of their additional needs.
The ideal Teaching Assistant would have:
Experience of working with challenging behaviour
Passion for working with young people
A proactive personality
The Behaviour Support Assistant role would involve:
Supporting the young people within the classroom environment
Providing emotional support
One-to-one interventions
The school is located in the Dawlish area.
To be successful in your application, you must be able to provide evidence of this as skills and experience.
Please be aware that all applicants will be subject to background checks and will need a current DBS certificate (update service registered). We will happily support your application should this be required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
