SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Liskeard
Rate: £65- £80 per day
Start Date: September 2022

The Role:
Do you enjoy working with children and want to play a key role in children's education? We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to work at a primary school in the Liskeard area.

This position will involve supporting the children who have various educational health care plans (ECHP) who require 1:1 support.

You will be required to work full time Monday to Friday 8.30am – 3.45pm.

This is a great opportunity to work within a rewarding educational setting, teaching and supporting pupils.

To assist with learning activities.

To assist with the development and implementation of education according to their educational needs.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working in a school/alternative provision/SEN setting or experience working with challenging behaviour or work within the following sectors; Care worker, Sports Coach, Youth Work or education.
Be confident working with pupils who have learning disabilities and other complex needs.
Have an interest in education and be passionate about making a positive impact on the students' lives.
Not be afraid to get stuck in!
