Position: Science Teacher

Pay Rate: £110 - £215 per day (depending on experience and planning/marking)

Start Date: September 2022 – January 2023

The Role:

Are you a passionate Science Teacher looking for an on-going position starting in September?

We are looking for an experienced Science Teacher to join a fantastic Secondary school in the East Cornwall area.

To be responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery across KS3/KS4.

This is an on-going position which will require you to work full time Monday to Friday.

This is a great opportunity to work within a rewarding educational setting, teaching and supporting pupils

To assist with the development and implementation of education or behaviour plans, according to their educational needs


The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with a range of staff.

Have lots of patience, to be proactive and resilient.


The successful applicant must hold:

QTS – Qualified Teacher Status

Full enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to complete one


A specialism in KS3/KS4/KS5 Science
