Primary Teacher

Location: Liskeard

Pay Rate: £110 – £213 per day

Start Date: September 2022

The Role:

We are looking for a Primary Teacher to join a school in the Liskeard area who support children who have SEMH / challenging behaviour to be responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery across KS2.

This position is a maternity cover on-going starting in September 2022 for at least a term and could be extended to February 2023. 

We are looking for someone who is available full time Monday to Friday.

To assist with the development and implementation of education or behaviour plans, according to their educational needs


In addition to a learning need, learners may also have other associated needs in:

• emotional/social needs (including mental health needs)

• communication and interaction difficulties, (autistic spectrum conditions, speech and language difficulties)


The candidate will:

Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with a range of staff.

Have lots of patience, to be proactive and resilient.

Have experience in teaching children who have challenging behaviour/special educational needs. 

Hold a fully enhanced DBS check on the update service or be willing to complete one

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
