This specialist school caters for students with Autism along with social and emotional needs. They are looking for enthusiastic education support workers to join them on a flexible basis. Working hours are 08:30 – 14:30 5 days a week.

They have highly skilled and specialist teaching, support and therapeutic teams who work with each young person to ensure their needs are fully met and that every achievement takes them closer to reaching their individual goals.
They ensure that all students are fully prepared for adult life, through person-centred academic and vocational study programmes leading to independent living with employment or further study. By working together, they increase resilience, confidence, self-esteem, emotional intelligence and well-being: the corner stones on which strong and successful long-term futures are built.

To be considered for this role, it is essential you have experience working with children or adults who have special educational needs, ideally with Autism or mental health difficulties.
